H&M Cleaning Services was founded by a husband and wife team who wanted to earn extra income, create local jobs and provide genuine value for money within the cleaning industry. What started as a small part time domestic cleaning service in Berkshire has grown into a trusted cleaning and facilities partner for homes and businesses across the United Kingdom.

In the early days, we focused on regular house cleaning, deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning. Thanks to our friendly approach, strong work ethic and reliable results, we quickly saw more enquiries come through and many clients recommended us to others. Our first commercial contracts came from care homes and pubs which opened the door to a much bigger journey.

As a local Berkshire couple, we soon found ourselves supporting major pub brands in London and Surrey with long term cleaning and housekeeping contracts. This growth encouraged us to expand our team, invest in training and improve our standards each year.

2023 became a milestone year for H&M Cleaning Services. We proudly partnered with the Michelin star Adam Handling Group by providing housekeeping teams, kitchen porters and temporary staffing. Supporting high profile hospitality venues in London, Windsor and Newquay challenged us to raise our quality control, strengthen management systems and ensure exceptional performance every day. This experience shaped who we are today and proved that we can deliver at the highest level.

Between 2024 and 2025, we continued to grow both sides of our business. Along with commercial cleaning, we now work closely with housing associations, estate agents, landlords and property developers, providing after-build cleans and rapid domestic support where needed.

Our vision for the next 12 to 24 months is clear. We aim to expand into more sectors including local councils, NHS facilities and schools. We want to support essential public services and continue to create long term employment opportunities within our community.

What has never changed is our belief that every space deserves to be cared for properly. Every client deserves a partner that listens and delivers. Every member of our team deserves respect and support.
